Core responsibilities
As a summer camp counselor, the core responsibility is to be the main presence for each camper, guiding them through an impactful, safe, and engaging summer experience while staying with the same group all week. This includes leading and supervising groups of 15+ campers weekly, fostering connection, ensuring safety, and collaborating with instructors to deliver the project-Based curriculum.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have experience supervising groups of 10+ children and at least one year of experience in related fields like summer camp, childcare, or coaching, with availability for full-Time monday-Friday shifts for a minimum of four continuous weeks. Applicants must be at least 18 years old by may 1st, 2026, and able to complete all pre-Camp requirements including training and background checks.
