Camp Health and Behavioral Specialist - Arnold (Greater Annapolis)

This role supports daily camp operations by assisting with the overall health and safety of staff and campers, focusing heavily on mental health support. The specialist will promote, model, and implement behavior management strategies for staff, campers, and their families while engaging campers to ensure a high-Quality experience.

Ideal candidates should possess an interest in the well-Being of camp-Age children, demonstrating enthusiasm, patience, and good judgment. A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, or current enrollment in a relevant graduate clinical mental health counseling program, alongside prior experience working with youth, preferably in counseling or social work.
