Rock Wall Instructor - Arnold (Greater Annapolis)

The primary responsibility is to plan and instruct rock climbing classes, ensuring participants receive pertinent information and efficient service while adhering to association guidelines. This includes leading classes independently and responding effectively to safety and emergency situations.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead classes, handle safety and emergency situations, motivate members, and manage class equipment, alongside possessing good communication skills and an engaging personality. Required qualifications include successful completion of y of central maryland belay training within 30 days and obtaining first aid and cpr certification within 90 days of employment.
