We are rapidly expanding and are seeking dedicated Lead Teachers for Infants who are truly passionate about teaching, nurturing, and guiding young children to reach their fullest potential.

Requirements
- For lead teacher:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- 45 hours Child Growth & Development
- 45 hours Preschool Curriculum (required for ages 2–5)
- 45 hours Infant–Toddler Certificate (required for ages 6 weeks–24 months)
- At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility OR 30 college credits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of child development (social, emotional, and intellectual)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage with children
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
