Responsibilities include implementing behavior therapy techniques, collaborating with teachers, documenting progress, and collecting behavior data according to the client's behavior plan.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet educational requirements, which include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, 48 college credits including specific math and english courses, or a high school diploma/Ged with a passing score on the parapro praxis assessment. No prior experience is necessary as the role requires completing the rbt academy and passing the rbt exam.
