Master Substitute Registered Behavior Technician (Ewa Beach, Kapolei)

The master substitute registered behavior technician will work directly with students in the classroom, following established service plans to reduce challenging behaviors and increase functional skills. Responsibilities include implementing behavior therapy techniques, documenting interventions, collecting behavior data, and supporting students in interpersonal skills and school routines.

Candidates must be a registered behavior technician certified professional with at least one year of rbt experience and be a minimum of 18 years old. Applicants also need an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or 48 college credits including specific math and english courses, or passage of the parapro praxis assessment.
