Instructional Designer

The senior consultant learning, instructional designer is primarily responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and quality assurance of complex learning programs, including instructor-Led, online, and blended formats across the ohiohealth system. This involves managing end-To-End project execution, ensuring high-Quality program launches, and collaborating closely with learning business consultants and internal customers.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, learning technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience developing programs in multiple formats using tools like articulate or adobe captivate. Essential knowledge includes adult learning theory, the addie method, and advanced proficiency with rapid elearning development tools.
