Physical Therapist

The primary role involves direct patient care, including evaluating physical and functional abilities, developing and implementing treatment plans, and coordinating discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team. Indirect responsibilities include supervising ptas and rehab techs, participating in quality improvement, and serving as a clinical instructor for students.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and licensure in the state of ohio, along with basic computer skills. Experience expectations vary, allowing for entry-Level new graduates if mentorship is available, otherwise at least one year of clinical experience is required.
