Part-Time Substitute Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher supports program staff by maintaining a quality learning environment to foster each child's social competence and intellectual growth needed for primary school. This involves performing various instructional tasks under the teacher's direction, such as assisting with record keeping, implementing lesson plans, and conducting daily health checks.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, along with edu 119 or a cda, and one to three months of related experience or training. Successful applicants must also pass an annual physical, tb screening, submit to random drug screenings, and maintain a valid driver's license with current vehicle insurance.
