Professional Development Associate

The professional development associate supports the onboarding and orientation experience for new nursing team members by managing course registrations and launching learning modules in collaboration with nurse educators. This role also involves coordinating educational elearning offerings, maintaining professional development programs, and providing essential administrative and logistical support for various learning programs.

Required qualifications include an associate's degree or four years of equivalent experience, along with one year of professional experience in program management, coordination, staffing, or scheduling. Candidates must also obtain basic life support (Bls) certification from the aha within 90 days of hire.
