Our Day Program DSPs support adults with developmental disabilities as they build skills, independence, and community connections in a supportive, structured environment.

What you’ll do

  • Support people in daily activities and community outings
  • Assist individuals in working toward personal goals
  • Drive program vehicles as needed
  • Complete the required documentation
  • Work as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team

This is an active, hands-on role that requires flexibility, patience, and compassion—every day is different, and every day matters.

Schedule & Location

  • Monday–Friday only
  • 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Convenient Mount Kisco location

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required;
  • 🎓 DSPs with a Bachelor’s degree are eligible for a salary enhancement.
  • Must be 21+ years old
  • 3+ years of driving experience
  • Clean, valid NYS driver’s license
  • Ability to pass required background checks
