Child Care Teacher

Responsibilities include creating hands-On activities tailored to meet the needs and interests of the children and maintaining open communication with parents regarding their child's daily milestones. The role also requires ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to essential procedures and guidelines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and must pass required state and company background checks. Preferred qualifications include 1 year of professional teaching experience in child care settings and related college coursework or cda coursework, along with demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (Dap).
