Lower School Spanish Teacher (.8 FTE)

The lower school spanish teacher will be responsible for teaching introductory spanish in grades kindergarten through 5th grade, while actively engaging in evolving classroom pedagogy. Beyond teaching, faculty are expected to take on upper school duties such as advising and participating in the life of the community.

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in spanish language and/Or literature or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, and be a fluent or native spanish speaker. Candidates should also have experience in culturally responsive teaching and a strong academic background.
