K-4 School Social Worker

The school social worker will provide socioemotional support to children aged 4-12 in a special education setting through individual counseling, social skills groups, or support during behavioral crises. This role involves working collaboratively with teachers and other team members while maintaining open communication with parents and providers to best serve the student.

Candidates must be a licensed clinician, preferably lcpc, with experience or willingness to learn about children with autism spectrum disorder, adhd, and trauma. Additional requirements include knowledge of developmental milestones, obtaining specific certifications (Cpr/First aid/Bbp and safety care), passing a background check, and possessing a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
