- Location: This is an in person role based out of Alpharetta, GA Role Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Preferred candidates will see children (5+ years of age), adolescents, and adults.

Requirements
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc. Experience in outpatient or group practice settings Preferred candidates will be able to see children (5+ years of age), adolescents, and adults About Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting: Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting is a compassionate, client-centered practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families move forward with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
