• Location: This is an in person role based out of Alpharetta, GA Role Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Preferred candidates will see children (5+ years of age), adolescents, and adults.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 clients per week within a minimum of 35 hours of availability Preferred candidates will have multiple days of up to 7pm availability Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $52,000-$75,000 annually; paid bi-weekly + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus! 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents HSA (with employer contribution) and FSA options to help manage healthcare and dependent care expenses Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with confidential mental health and life support resources Generous paid time off and additional paid holidays CEU reimbursement and opportunities for professional development Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Flexible scheduling: Administrative office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; flexibility to schedule 35 hours of availability between 8a-7p

Requirements

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc. Experience in outpatient or group practice settings Preferred candidates will be able to see children (5+ years of age), adolescents, and adults About Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting: Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting is a compassionate, client-centered practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families move forward with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
