NP/PA - Pediatric Critical Care Unit

The nurse practitioner/Physician assistant will provide primary and urgent medical management for critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include patient education, discharge planning, and teaching residents and medical students.

Candidates must have a master's degree in nursing for nurse practitioners or a bachelor's degree in physician assistant medicine for physician assistants. Required certifications include a current license as an aprn or pa, acls/Bcls certification, and eligibility for prescriptive authority.
