Developmental Specialist Sleepover

The developmental specialist is primarily responsible for supporting individuals in achieving their personal dreams and goals while ensuring their rights are protected. Responsibilities include providing emotional, physical, and medical support, facilitating community relationships, and assisting with daily operations of the home.

A high school diploma is required, along with a valid driver's license. Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities is preferred but not mandatory.
