Job description

Position Details

Join our interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality mental health services that promote the healthy development of children and youth while strengthening family stability. Services are individualized, family-centered, and delivered in homes and community settings throughout Kent County. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing individual and family therapy, and responding to crises. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships grounded in trauma-informed care, hope, and evidence-based practices.

Position Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Current State License (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, etc.) required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
  • Previous experience working with children and families
  • Familiarity with school systems and community supports in Kent County is preferred
