Cheshire Academy seeks an immediate full-time Spanish teacher for the 2026-27 academic year.
Candidates should have native or native-like fluency in Spanish with the ability to teach all levels. In addition to novice and intermediate levels of Spanish, Cheshire Academy offers multiple levels of IB Spanish as part of the International Baccalaureate diploma program. Interest in or experience with teaching in the International Baccalaureate program is a plus. Other responsibilities include:
Serving as an advisor. Contributing to the co-curricular program. Participating in weekend team responsibilities. Performing residential/dormitory duties if campus housing is provided. Holding a valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain a CT “A” endorsement for transporting students. While there are other ways to contribute to the cocurricular program, current coaching needs that we are looking to fill include: Robotics ESports JV Volleyball Basketball Fencing JV Tennis Golf
