As an instructor, the role involves empowering volunteer coaches, teaching fundamental skills, and supervising game-Day operations. As an official, the focus is on enforcing rules, cultivating a positive culture, and providing on-Field instruction and fairness.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with sport-Specific coaching or playing experience. A strong awareness for player safety, a positive attitude, and weekend availability for the season duration are required.
