Baseball instructors and officials deliver the i9 sports experience by supporting volunteer coaches during practices, demonstrating fundamentals, and ensuring instructional standards are met. Officials enforce rules, cultivate culture, and maintain a positive on-Field environment during games.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with sport-Specific coaching or playing experience. Availability to work weekends for the season duration and the ability to pass a national criminal background check are mandatory requirements.
