Key responsibilities include conducting compliant assessments and evaluations to determine educational eligibility, developing and coordinating treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate records of student progress through therapy notes and assessment data. The role also involves consulting with team members and families to maximize skill generalization and potentially overseeing Speech Language Pathologist Assistants.
Candidates must possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license for the state of service delivery or eligibility to obtain one, along with necessary Department of Education certification if applicable. Preferred qualifications include one year of speech therapy experience, though clinical fellows are encouraged to apply, and successful completion of DOJ/FBI background checks and TB clearance is required.

Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes.
