Tutors will actively supervise and work with small groups of K-5th grade students to help them catch up on learning gaps, primarily in math and ELA, using provided curriculum. Responsibilities include preparing the tutoring area, taking attendance, running lessons via the HeyTutor Dashboard, documenting progress, and potentially facilitating student transportation and assessments.
Candidates must have completed an AA degree or higher, or be currently enrolled in college or university, and possess tutoring experience, especially with children. Applicants must also be comfortable working in a classroom setting and must pass an in-person FBI-DOJ background check and comply with COVID-19 Vaccination requirements.
HeyTutor has partnered with a school district in Azusa and we're looking to hire tutors who can assist with elementary students in math and ela during after school hours. You will be working with students of ages between K-5th.
You'll be actively supervising students as you help them catch up from learning gaps developed over the past school year.
You must be comfortable passing an IN-PERSON background check.

Pay depends on a combination of education and experience and will be determined at the time of the interview
