Youth Specialist

The youth specialist implements skill-Building services focused on daily living, socialization, community participation, and health management, coaching youth in natural settings to generalize functional behaviors. This role also involves documenting all service contacts and engaging families to support the practice of new skills outside of sessions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with two years of experience in children's mental health, addiction, foster care, or a related field, and must pass state child abuse registry and fingerprinting clearances. A valid driver's license is also required, while a bachelor's or master's degree in a related human services field is preferred.
