Direct Support Professional I - Childrens Congregate Care

The residential counselor ensures the safety and supervision of youth while cultivating a therapeutic treatment milieu. Responsibilities include documenting client care, maintaining facility cleanliness, and participating in crisis prevention interventions.

Candidates must have experience working with youth and be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including active client engagement, are also required.
