Overview Instructor – Seven Hills Pediatric CenterAn Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation Pay: $27.37-$29.87/hour Sign-on Bonus: Position Overview:Make a meaningful impact as an Instructor at Seven Hills Pediatric Center, where you will provide specialized education and care for residents with severe special needs. Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team, develop and implement curriculum, and foster a positive learning environment. This role combines teaching, planning, and supervision to enhance the quality of life and learning for those we serve.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute individualized curriculum and weekly instruction plans. Supervise and evaluate teacher assistants, modeling best practices and teaching new skills. Coordinate with nursing staff, social workers, and other team members to support residents’ needs. Provide instruction in diverse settings, including classrooms, bedside, or community spaces. Participate in resident assessments, ISP/IEP meetings, and interdisciplinary planning. Manage educational materials and maintain a safe, organized learning environment.

Qualifications

Education: Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience

• 1-3 years in a related field preferred.
• Physical
• Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (or 200 pounds with assistance) and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Other
• Requirements: Standard driver’s license; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
