Provide one-on-one, community-based mentoring to youth to improve social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living abilities. Collaborate with clinicians and families to implement structured lesson plans and document progress in accordance with CBHI standards.
Direct Youth Mentoring Provide one-on-one support to youth in home and community settings. Help youth build skills in communication, emotional regulation, and daily living. Serve as a positive role model, fostering trust and engagement. Skill Building & Community Integration Support youth in real-world settings such as parks, libraries, and recreational activities.
