Lung, Hematology Transitional Oncology Nursing Educator/ RN

The nursing professional development practitioner supports the professional competence and growth of nurses by applying the anpd practice model to onboarding, competency management, education, role development, and quality improvement initiatives. Key duties include delivering continuing education, developing assessment tools, supporting career progression through coaching, and acting as a liaison between staff and leadership.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, along with a valid, unencumbered nursing license approved by the georgia licensing board and current bls certification. Required knowledge includes the anpd scope and standards of practice, strong communication, teaching, and facilitation skills, and proficiency in microsoft office and lms platforms.
