Unit Educator Medical Oncology / RN

The role involves serving as a clinical expert and role model in managing complex patient care needs, applying evidence-Based practice, and acting as a resource for staff, physicians, patients, and families. Primary duties focus on staff and preceptor education, operational compliance, and integrating patient/Family education into unit programs.

Candidates must have a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) from an accredited program and a minimum of two years of recent nursing experience plus two years in the area of concentration. A valid, unencumbered georgia registered nursing license and bls certification are required, with potential requirements for acls and other specialty certifications.
