Instructional Aide

The instructional aide will assist the classroom teacher by preparing learning environments, supporting students with assignments and understanding classroom rules, and reinforcing instruction through tutoring. Duties also include administering tests, performing clerical tasks, and supervising students during various non-Instructional periods.

Candidates must possess an associate’s degree or higher, or be currently enrolled in an education degree program, along with a minimum of three years of experience in an educational setting. Additional requirements include adherence to the church's statement of faith and demonstrating strong spiritual and professional qualities like hard work, excellent communication, and a love for children.
