Childwatch staff

This part-Time role supports the childcare team by ensuring the health and safety of all children while positively engaging with members and families to enhance their experience. Responsibilities include performing opening/Closing procedures, documenting attendance, interacting with children, changing diapers, feeding, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment.

Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years old and have the equivalent of two years of high school education; previous childcare experience is preferred. The role requires physical stamina for lifting up to 30 pounds and adherence to all ymca policies and safety procedures.
