The teacher is responsible for the overall supervision and daily functions of a group of children, assessing their developmental needs on an ongoing basis. This includes implementing approved lesson plans according to the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and maintaining an attractive, well-kept classroom.
Candidates must meet credential requirements from Colorado Shines, with specific PDIS levels required depending on whether they are applying for Assistant or Lead Teacher roles. Experience in licensed early education, preschool, childcare, or daycare settings is necessary, along with the physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Must meet credential requirements from Colorado Shines Assistant Teacher: PDIS Level 1 Lead Teacher: PDIS Level 2+ OR EQUIT, Pyramid Plus, ECE 101/303, AS/BS Degree in ECE, or equivalent 1-3 years experience teaching in a licensed early education program, PreK, preschool, childcare, or day care Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
