Provide behavioral intervention and guidance to young adults aging out of foster care to help them develop independence. Coordinate essential services including education, employment, health, and daily living skills while monitoring progress toward individualized goals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a field related to social work and at least three years of experience working with youth. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and possess a valid driver's license.

Life Coaches meet regularly with youth to develop, review, and adjust individualized goals to ensure services are effective and aligned with each young adult’s growth. Life Coaches also assist with maintaining schedules and ensuring basic program needs are met, including access to food, supplies, programming, transportation, and overall safety and well-being, emotional, physical, spiritual, mental, and social.
