Assistant Teacher, River Valley Montessori of Bloomington

Assistant teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards, while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. They must also develop skills in accurately observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must possess the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience, along with the physical capability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. A passion for working with children, energy, and dependability are essential qualities sought in applicants.
