The behavior analyst will lead by example by inspiring and guiding behavior technicians through effective supervision to ensure high fidelity in treatment plan implementation. Responsibilities also include driving positive change by conducting fbas, developing innovative aba programs, providing parent education, and continuously evaluating client needs.

Candidates must possess certification as a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) from the behavior analyst certification board (Bacb). This position is also contingent upon passing a criminal background check, tb test, pre-Employment physical exam, and having or receiving mmr/Vzv immunities.
