PK-4 Teacher's Aide (Bilingual)

The teacher's aide will fully support head teachers with all students during classes and recess, assisting with activities like lunch, nap time, and snack, while being prepared to step into a lead teacher role when necessary. Key duties also involve maintaining classroom organization, supervising students during indoor/Outdoor activities, and supporting the school's culture and safety protocols.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a diploma or associate degree in early childhood education, or 9 college credits in the field, along with at least two years of experience working with children, including experience leading groups. Successful completion of background checks, mandatory immunizations, and valid cpr/First aid certification are also required.
