Teacher 2026 - 2027 School Year

Teachers are responsible for developing engaging lesson plans aligned with state and common core standards, utilizing technology creatively to actively involve students in learning and problem-Solving. General duties include maintaining accurate student records, adhering to the academy's mission, modeling professional behaviors, and collaborating with staff to improve student achievement.

Candidates must possess a minimum bachelor's degree and hold the appropriate teaching certification or licensure, meeting the nclb highly qualified definition. Essential requirements include excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, knowledge of web resources and technology tools, effective organizational skills, and successful completion of criminal history checks.
