1 direct aba treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training and accurately collecting data to monitor client progress.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be a registered behavior technician (Rbt) and ideally possess 1-2 years of experience working with children, with at least one year in aba preferred, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field being preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
