The Leadership School is the first public charter school in St. Louis County, paving the way for educational choice and opportunity for all families in the St. Louis area. - The Leadership Schools’ teachers spend approximately 60% of their time student-facing providing high-quality learning experiences and instruction.
- Our teachers also have ample dedicated time to plan and internalize their lessons, collaborate with collogues, receive coaching and development, provide students feedback on their work, and communicate with families about their child’s performance.
- Approximately 40% of each instructional staff’s time is spent planning, training, collaborating, or communicating with students and their families.

Key Responsibilities Internalize and own provided curricula to deliver high-quality instruction every single day Prepare supplemental resources that lead students to a deep understanding of content Inspire high levels of motivation & investment in behavioral & academic expectations by maintaining clear and consistent expectations Analyze data, adjust lesson plans & instructional methods based on data, & create a long-term plan for unfinished learning Communicate clearly & often with families to ensure alignment between school & home expectations Implement school-wide and classroom routines and procedures with fidelity to ensure a healthy learning environment

What We Offer
