Key Responsibilities Internalize and own provided curricula to deliver high-quality instruction every single day Prepare supplemental resources that lead students to a deep understanding of content Inspire high levels of motivation & investment in behavioral & academic expectations by maintaining clear and consistent expectations Analyze data, adjust lesson plans & instructional methods based on data, & create a long-term plan for unfinished learning Communicate clearly & often with families to ensure alignment between school & home expectations Implement school-wide and classroom routines and procedures with fidelity to ensure a healthy learning environment
