Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) - Specialized Adult Residential

Therapeutic staff support positions provide direct, one-On-One care services to children in home or community settings, assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation. Responsibilities also include participating in support plan implementation, ensuring individual safety, and documenting behavioral observations.

Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old with a valid driver's license and official transcripts showing either a bachelor's degree in a related field with two years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree/60 credit hours with four years of relevant experience working with children with intellectual disabilities or mental health issues.
