Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) - Specialized Adult Residential

Therapeutic staff support personnel provide direct, one-On-One care services to children in home or community settings, assisting with daily living activities, social engagement, and transportation. Responsibilities also include implementing individual support plans, ensuring safety, observing behavior, documenting changes, and administering medication upon certification.

Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old with a valid driver's license and official transcripts. Requirements mandate either a bachelor's degree with two years of experience working with children with id or mental health, or an associate's degree (Or 60 credit hours) with four years of relevant experience.
