Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) - Children's and Adult Residential

Therapeutic staff support personnel provide direct, one-On-One care services to children in home or community settings, assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation. Responsibilities also include participating in support plan implementation, ensuring safety, observing behavior, documenting changes, and performing necessary housekeeping duties.

Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old with a valid driver's license and official transcripts supplied. Required education is either a bachelor's degree with two years of experience working with children with id or mental health, or an associate's degree or 60 credit hours with four years of relevant experience.
