Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) - Children's Residential

Therapeutic staff support positions provide direct, one-On-One quality support services to children in home or community settings, assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation. Responsibilities also include participating in support plan implementation, ensuring safety, observing behavior, and maintaining necessary records.

Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old with a valid driver's license and official transcripts supplied. Requirements mandate either a bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience working with children with intellectual disabilities or mental health issues, or an associate's degree (Or 60 credit hours) with four years of relevant experience.
