Summer Day Camp Enrichment Counselor - Thompson Middle School (Alabaster)

Counselors are primarily responsible for supervising children, ensuring their safety at all times while implementing age-Appropriate activities to foster individual growth and development. They must also maintain camp facilities, communicate effectively with parents and staff, and adhere strictly to all ymca policies and procedures.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, willing to work outdoors in the alabama heat, and successfully pass a background check and child abuse & neglect screening. Preferred qualifications include previous experience with school-Age children and skills in areas like sports, arts, or stem.
