Classroom aide

The classroom aide assists in providing high-Quality and comprehensive early child development services, including support for children with special needs within the early head start program. This role operates under the mission of community action programs cayuga/Seneca to help people achieve self-Sufficiency.

Minimum qualifications include either a child development associates credential (Preferred), or a high school diploma/Ged with enrollment in a cda program to be completed within two years, or enrollment in an associate's or bachelor's degree program in early childhood development. Candidates must also have experience working with preschool-Aged children, reliable transportation, and a valid nys driver's license.
