Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities include evaluating, monitoring, and tracking the progress of children aged birth to 5 years old, adjusting treatment plans, and testing abilities to determine realistic goals. The role also requires timely recording of evaluation, treatment, and progress information using an electronic medical record system while maintaining confidentiality.

Candidates must possess current new york state licensure and/Or certification in physical therapy, along with a valid driver's license and comfort working with computer systems including ms word. Experience in early childhood settings is highly desired, alongside great interpersonal and communication skills.
