Community Center Summer Day Camp Program Aide

The program aide will assist the summer camp director in maintaining a safe and structured daily activity schedule for a group of eight to ten campers aged 5 to 12 years. Essential duties include aiding campers in various activities, providing supervision both on and off premises, and acting as a role model for self-Control and problem-Solving.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a strong desire and ability to work effectively within a team environment alongside children. Necessary attributes include effective communication skills, the ability to assist or lead activities, and being energetic, patient, and safety-Oriented.
