Program Aid/Specialist-Substitute (UpCountry): District 2

The primary function involves planning, implementing, facilitating, and supervising activities and programs while ensuring the safety of members and the quality of the club's appearance. Responsibilities also include demonstrating core values, implementing curriculum, providing guidance, designing displays, assisting with national projects, and mentoring participants.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged or a college degree, coupled with 6 months to 2 years of program delivery experience, with the hourly rate dependent on education and experience level. Essential abilities include effective interaction with diverse groups, strong communication skills, knowledge of youth development, and the capacity to handle multi-Faceted projects.
