Program Aid/Specialist- (UpCountry) : Goucher Charter Academy

The main duties involve planning, implementing, facilitating, and supervising activities and programs while ensuring the safety of members and maintaining the quality and appearance of the club locations. Responsibilities also include providing guidance, role modeling to members, designing displays, assisting with national projects, and mentoring youth and volunteers.

Candidates need a high school diploma/Ged or a college degree, along with 6 months to 2 years of program delivery experience, with the hourly rate dependent on education and experience level. Essential abilities include effective communication, knowledge of youth development, and the capacity to establish positive relationships with youth.
